Wireless Multicast Forwarding (WMF) is designed to efficiently forward multicast traffic on wireless networks by sending multicast frames only to the interested clients who have joined the multicast group, using IGMP to track group membership.
This is ideal for scenarios like delivering instructional videos via multicast only to specific users (new employees) connected to a particular WLAN, even if the WLAN name changes daily.
WMF improves wireless performance and reliability for multicast streaming by converting multicast frames to unicast frames for targeted delivery, reducing unnecessary traffic and improving quality.

The configuration that must be applied in the RADIUS Authentication Settings section from the ISE Network Device page when clients are able to authenticate successfully but the ISE policies designed to place them on different interfaces are not working is to change the CoA Port. The CoA (Change of Authorization) port is used by ISE to send messages to the network device to apply different policies post-authentication. If the CoA port is not correctly configured, the network device will not receive or act upon these messages, resulting in clients not being placed on the correct interfaces as per ISE policies.

Since, in this example, user acsreadonly needs to have read-only access, choose NAS Prompt from the Service-Type pull-down menu and click Submit.
This ensures that this particular user has read-only access to the WLC.
