The Cisco Notification service must be configured so the Cisco Secure Email Gateway can communicate with Cisco cloud services, including SenderBase/Talos reputation services used to query sender reputation information for sender-group list updates.

The urllistconfig command is used to configure URL lists, which can include a bypass entry for the sample.com domain. The websecurityadvancedconfig command is used to configure advanced URL filtering behavior, including timing-related settings for URL reputation and categorization lookups.

Cisco Secure Email Gateway safelist entries can use an IP-literal sender format such as user1@[10.1.1.13] and can also use a CIDR range such as [10.1.1.0/24], which includes the IP address 10.1.1.13.

On Cisco Secure Email Gateway, you can enable the system list of certificate authorities to trust certificates signed by those authorities. This option allows you to manage which CA list is active for validation purposes.
