The SRX uses AppID (Application Identification) to classify and inspect application traffic, enabling content-based controls such as web filtering and UTM.
The SRX can identify file types carried within HTTP, FTP, and e-mail protocols, allowing enforcement of content filtering, antivirus scanning, and data protection policies.

Junos OS processes NAT in the following order:
1. Static NAT - performed first so that address translations are consistent and reversible.
