Connect (1Gbps public peering) is not an Always Free resource available for provisioning in your tenancy. According to the Oracle documentation5, "All Oracle Cloud Infrastructure accounts (whether free or paid) have a set of resources that are free of charge for the life of the account." The list of Always Free resources includes Infrastructure Certificates, Compute VMs, Block Volumes Storage, Object Storage, Resource Manager, OCI Bastions, Databases, NoSQL Database, Observability and Management tools, Flexible Load Balancer, Outbound Data Transfer, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), VCN Flow Logs, and Site-to-Site VPN. Connect (1Gbps public peering) is not among these resources.

Data Labeling is not a built-in tool provided by Autonomous Database. According to the Oracle documentation4, "Autonomous Database includes built-in tools that you can enable and disable when you provision or clone a database, or at any time for an existing database." The list of built-in tools includes Oracle APEX, Database Actions, Graph Studio, Oracle ML User Interface, Data Transforms, Web Access (ORDS), MongoDB API, and SODA Drivers. Data Labeling is not among these tools.

Persistent memory is the resource that RDMA accesses in Exadata X8M. According to the Oracle website1, "Exadata X8M uses RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) to directly access the persistent memory in storage servers, bypassing the OS, IO, and network software stacks. This reduces IO latency by up to 10X compared to the previous generation of Exadata."

Use graphical user interfaces and configuration and focus on business requirements are two main features of APEX's low code platform. According to the Oracle website, "Oracle APEX is a low-code development platform that enables you to build scalable, secure enterprise apps with world-class features that can be deployed anywhere. With APEX, you can create modern web apps with minimal coding using intuitive graphical interfaces and declarative configuration." Additionally, according to the Oracle website, "Oracle APEX empowers developers to focus on solving business problems rather than building low-level code."
