To create a VSAN on the network, the engineer needs to select Fabric A from the drop-down menu. This will allow the engineer to assign a VSAN ID and a name to the new VSAN, and to add members to the VSAN. The other options are not relevant for creating a VSAN. Fabric B is the other fabric interconnect, FC Zoning Enabled is a feature that allows traffic isolation within a VSAN, and Common/Global is a default VSAN that cannot be modified. References:

You can instruct the switch to automatically learn (auto-learn) the port security configurations over a specified period. This feature allows any switch in the Cisco MDS 9000 Family to automatically learn about devices and switches that connect to it.
