In the ASBCE deployment workflow, the "Commissioned" state is the critical milestone that indicates the following:
Communication Established: The Element Management System (EMS) has successfully established a secure, trusted communication channel with the SBC node.
Version Verification: The system has confirmed that the software versions match and that the SBC node is ready to receive configuration data (such as SIP Trunking parameters, topology hiding, and media rules).
Management Integration: The device is fully integrated into the management cluster and is recognized as an active participant in the ASBCE architecture.

Enable load balancing for a cluster if you want to scale the HTTP services without targeting a particular Avaya Breeze server. All the requests are sent to the cluster IP address. When you enable load balancing, two Avaya Breeze servers are chosen as the active and standby load balancing servers. The active load balancer distributes the HTTP requests to all the other servers in the cluster in a round robin fashion.
